I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of all major attractions. It made it so convenient for me to explore the city. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Ala at the reception, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They truly provided top-notch service. The rooms were spacious and perfect for families. The beds were comfortable, and the furniture was clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was equipped with tea, coffee, towels, and toiletries. It made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was served right in my room for added convenience. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was very close to all of the major attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were great, including the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff, especially the receptionist, were very cute and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was served in my room for convenience, and I loved the inclusion of tea, coffee, towels, and toiletries.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds and had a well-equipped kitchen area for our convenience. it has a great location, being near all the major attractions in the city.
The cleanliness of the floor could have been better. upon check-out, we had a little dispute with the receptionist regarding a ripped towel.

The hotel lacked attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. For example, the floors were not properly cleaned, and there were small pieces of debris and dirt visible.
